That’s not just a mantra for us, it’s our way of working. We’re looking for graduates with a passion for Data Analytics and AI, who are naturally inquisitive and are ready to learn how they can help with real-life business challenges for our clients.

In just over 15 years, Adatis has grown to over 100 people, become a Microsoft Gold Partner, opened offices in the UK, Bulgaria and India, and been recognised as a leader in everything from data strategy to analytics consultancy and data visualisation.  But more than anything else, we are a people-first business with a close-knit team and a culture that people really love and, importantly, a career model that lets you take control of your development and progression.  So if you want to do some great things in data analytics (and have some fun at the same time), welcome to Adatis.

To be the data analytics company most admired for its people, culture and innovation.

The role specifically involves being part of the Managed Services Team. The role is varied and will offer the potential to be involved in triaging, diagnosing and resolving client incidents and requests.  Additionally, you will be expected to undertake several extra internal responsibilities that assist the management team in company development.

There will be regular contact with clients, so applicants must be comfortable discussing technical concepts in clear and concise language.

“The fast-paced learning has been great for my technical experience and progression. But what really makes me come into work every morning is the fantastic people I work with.” Harry McLellan, Swansea University – Managed Services Consultant

You will have graduated in the last two years or by September 2022 with a degree or equivalent.

Whilst a degree in a related area is desirable, we will consider candidates who demonstrate a genuine passion for data analytics and technology.

Whilst we adopt a flexible approach to working, you can expect to spend your working time at our offices in London or Farnham, working on client sites, or at home; so a degree of flexibility will be required.

This is a client-facing role; therefore, you must be comfortable discussing technical concepts in clear and concise language.  You must have good communication skills and an ability to work to tight time scales and under pressure.

All roles include plenty of on-the-job experience. As a graduate, you will also enjoy technical and consulting training sessions. These will give you the skills and competencies needed to continue to provide innovative solutions to meet our clients’ needs, as well as building your confidence and experience in proactively managing client relationships.

As you progress through your career, you will have access to a variety of interactive training sessions to increase your experience and help you develop into a Consultant more quickly.

There’s a long list of reasons, from the profit-share bonus to the company away days.  Don’t underestimate the career opportunity – above all else, this is the chance to join an exciting and successful business that isn’t bogged down with big-company process and formality.  We take your career development very seriously, and we have a clear career model, a mentor programme that works and a culture where sharing information and insight is part of the everyday.

  • Attractive salary and Profit Share Bonus
  • Great holiday allowance plus your birthday and volunteering days off
  • Company team days (3 times a year!!)
  • Unlimited budget for books for your learning
  • Trips to technical conferences (e.g. SQLBits)
  • Cycle To Work scheme
  • All the usual perks (pension, healthcare blah blah) plus a few other cool ones
  • A company that values its team above all else
  • Freedom to grow your career path
  • A flat hierarchy and no-door policy
  • A relaxed approach to where you work (office, home, client)

We are keen to talk to people who want to work in a people-first business; and, like all of us, be keen to support, mentor and innovate together.  This is a business small enough to know everyone; but big enough to provide great career opportunities.  And we’re not precious about the way we do things; if there are better ways to do something, we want you to tell us and then make it happen.

The closing date for applications is the 31st of January 2022.

At Adatis, we believe, inclusion is the bridge for everyone to be their authentic self.  We respect and celebrate our differences as diversity is what makes us unique and sparks our innovation. Be you, with us and feel you belong.
